What do i need to bring for class?
SweatClimb aka Versaclimber classes: Water bottle, sweat towel optional (we do not provide or sell towels), closed toe gym shoes are required for the entire class. Running shoes or hybrid training gym shoes are recommended over flat sole weight lifting shoes.
SweatX aka Xformer classes: Grip socks and water bottle. Grip socks are required for the entire workout and are available at the studio for purchase.
SweatCombo: Grip socks AND your closed toe shoes since you will be doing both our machines!
I am new and excited what do i need to know to prepare?
Welcome! We are beyond stoked to introduce you to these amazing workouts and our community. Please arrive ten minutes prior to your first class, so we can have enough time to safely introduce you to the machines. Our classes are designed to meet everyone where they are in their fitness goals. We do not have levels, because our classes are small in size and our trainers are well trained to accommodate to everyones needs. Let your instructor know if you have any injuries before class, so they can offer you the best modifications.
can i do this pregnant or injured?
Yes, but please consult your doctor or physician first. If you are pregnant or injured please send us an email hello@sweatsocietylou.com BEFORE your class to let us know so we can be prepared to support you to the best of our ability. Please come ten minutes prior to class so we can set you up for success with any modification you may need!
what if im late?
We do lock our doors at the beginning of class once the instructor has started teaching to ensure the safety of everyones belongings during class. So please do your best to be on time or you will miss the class.
are there showers at your location?
We do not have showers at our facility.
Is there an age requirment to take class?
You must be at least 14 years old and if under 18 accompanied by a guardian to take class.
